Seiji started as a young kitchen assistant in the bread factory at 19 years old, then went on his pursuit to do French, Italian and Japanese cookery in Japan working for several hotels.

When he moved to Scotland more than 12 years ago, he has been cooking mainly at Japanese restaurants and in 2014, Seiji joined Harajuku Kitchen team and enjoys making our customers happy.

Seiji loves sushi making and has certificate of sushi mastery in Tokyo School of Sushi.
